After you choose your course, you’ll get instant access to your materials and community support.
You’ll begin with a short wellness assessment that matches your goals and fitness level.
Assessments are delivered via email after your purchase.
You’ll need two sets of dumbbells, one light and one heavy.
You’ll also need an open space where you can move and stretch comfortably.
Optional items include a yoga mat, foam roller, fitness tracker, towel, and water bottle.
No fancy setup is required.
